Antress has released Modern Analoger Turbo, a freeware Tube Tape Preamp VST effect plugin for Windows.

I don’t think this plugin is included in the full package, so you can download it here. Be aware it is a bit buggy on some systems, and it’s reported to crash in FL Studio.
