Ben/Schultz has announced the new JP-ME-1 audio plugin, an effect that emulates a famous 1980s digital reverb made by a well know Japanese manufacturer.
JP-ME-1 faithfully re-creates the sound of DIGITAL REVERBS of the late eighties and early nineties. The sound of the twelve bit audio processing unit works beautifully on FM-Keyboards, drums (GATE!) and vocals.
If you’re looking for authentic sound from that time the reverb is one of the most important ingredients.
During the open beta, JP-ME-1 is available for download in VST, AU and AAX plugin formats and as standalone software for Windows and Mac.
The regular price will be 39 EUR. A license for this beta version will not expire upon release of version 1.0.

As TreyM mentions, simply lock the license to your machine and you won’t need an internet connection anymore to use this plugin.
Note that this only works with the licensed version (which is free right now, so get that license) because the trial is in floating mode which authorizes against the licensing servers at each start of a session. Read more at https://schulz.audio/support/license-management/
Just to mention it: You have to be ONLINE each time you use this little plugins demo. I uninstalled right after installing it.
Thanks for the info. That’s an absolute no go to me!
Lock the license to your machine… Are you guys incapable of reading the info on the website about licensing?
