Capsule Audio has announced an update to its intuitive and innovative synthesis engine. Version 1.11 of the Capsule plugin comes with a new step sequencer for integrated into the arpeggiator module.

This allows the creation of complex sequence-based presets. While not directly accessible on the UI, you’ll be able to use the sequencer via the macro control, just like with the arpeggiator module. With the step sequencer, we can now create proper sequencers, such as melodies, basslines, rhythmic sequences, and more.

Stay tuned for upcoming presets tailored to take your music to the next level!

The update also comes some other improvements and bug fixes:

  • Added: Double-clicking a macro control now resets it to the default value.
  • Added: Highlight licensed Capsules in the preset browser.
  • Fixed: Audio artifacts associated with sample rate changes.
  • Fixed: Arp’s rate parameter inversion in macro controls.
  • Fixed: Issue with the piano keyboard pitch bend.

Capsule is available for Windows and Mac (VST3/AU), libraries available as part of a subscription for $7.99 USD/month or for $29 USD per library at Capsule Audio and from distributor Plugin Boutique.
