BOOM Library has released its brand-new Dirt Bikes sample library, a comprehensive and flexible collection of more than 790 dirt bike sounds.
The library includes comes with the crisp, authentic sound from over 5 different models, motor categories and perspectives.
Having recorded and worked with numerous vehicle sounds in the past through Dynamedion (e.g. for DR!FT, Monster Energy Supercross, Gravel, PUBG), BOOM Library has become familiar with the many challenges involved in vehicle sound design. Using that experience, the goal of this library is to make the life of Sound Designers easier by providing a one-package solution. Dirt Bikes consists of two main categories: Drive By and Onboard. Each features its own set of perspectives, models, motor categories and actions.
- Drive By
This category features pass by, approach & away, cornering, idle, start & stop as well as rev ups/blips recorded from multiple perspectives such as Close Stereo, Following, Distant Stereo or Close Turning Point. The recorded bikes in this category range from 125cc to 450cc from manufactures like Yamaha, Honda, and KTM. - Onboard
Recordings in this category include different driving speeds, ramps up and down, idle, start & stop and rev ups/blips recorded from the engine and exhaust.
