Empty Vessel Sound Design has announced the release of a new soundset for the Absynth synthesizer instrument by Native Instruments.
Entropia features a collection of 129 patches for composers of dark, dusty, textured soundtracks.
All based around 900Mb of original samples from a variety of diverse sources; dust, decay and imperfection enhanced with a range of software processes, analog tape and vintage samplers. Deep, dark, textured, intricate sounds designed as an inspirational toolkit for progressive composers.
All patches have meaningful mappings for the macro and performance controls to allow as much malleability and expressivity in the sounds as possible without digging into the full patch. Maschine and Komplete Kontrol users will see the mappings on their screens and be able to tweak the controls from the hardware.
