Homegrown Sounds has released Kosmology Lumin, a sound library for Native Instruments Kontakt 5.
Lumin provides 200 multi-sampled Instruments designed and created with UHE Bazille and Waldorf Largo to provide a solid sounding instrument collection to feed the Kosmology script. Within Kosmology the sound of these two synths compliment each other very well when Wave Sequencing. They are also designed with the new Metropolis script in mind to create a Playground for making interesting Pads. If you are new to Kosmology you can get FreeFall for free from here to experience Sequencing Heaven.
All 200 instruments are multi-sampled, using 4 samples per instrument at 24-bit. Whilst most sounds are chromatically useful, there are also plenty of FX instruments throughout the collection to add some nice surprises and interests whilst Wave Sequencing. Although Kosmology is not really about presets considering how easy and fun it is to make your own, there are Fifty Presets included and of course presets from other Kosmology Releases can also be opened.
Kosmology attempts to be one of the most capable Modular sequencing Systems out there with 8 Independent Sequencers each with 5 assignable sequencers that can target any destination from a list of 46, and control over 48 Parameters. These 8 Sequencer Instances can be switched on the fly and manipulated in real-time using the performance triggers via the Midi Keyboard.
Kosmology Lumin is available for the introductory price of $40 USD for a limited time (regular $65 USD).
