Loops de la Crème has announced the release of Claps-Stomps-Snaps, a new sample library for Native Instruments Kontakt.
Loops de la crème has now a new studio! This will become a perfect home base for loops de la crème, with offices and recording facilities, in the centre of Vienna (Austria).
While working on the acoustics in the empty live room, I decided to do some test recordings, simply walking around the room, clapping hands, stomping on the ground. These first recordings turned out great, with a huge, lively room sound, and I decided to record series of stereo and mono claps, stomps and snaps all around the room.
More than 900 new punchy samples were recorded and edited. While reviewing the samples, I made a small ‘best-of’ selection, and loaded these49 samples in Kontakt. The result is a very cool and spontaneous instrument, which is great fun to play: by pressing several keys at once, you can easily replicate the sound of a group of people clapping and stomping together!
The library is available for purchase for 4 EUR, or you can get it free by filling out a short survey.
