Frontline Producer has announced the release of Afrobeat Volume 2 from Mark Fletcher, a new concentrated royalty free collection of complex afrobeat drumming grooves.
The pack includes 155 live drum loops, 4 drum fills and 1 snare roll.
Mark Fletcher’s CV reads a bit like a modern jazz lover’s record shelf. From Ronnie Scott and Pete King, Hatfield and The North and Gary Husband to the final line-up of Soft Machine to feature Elton Dean and Hugh Hopper, if you know their names Mark Fletcher has probably played with them. Fletcher’s style is deeply aggressive whilst rock solid whether swinging, grooving or dancing round odd metres. And if you don’t think brushes can be played loud just come to one of his gigs.
Mark’s second Afrobeat outing on Frontline Producer comes with 207 MB of content, a combination of killer intricate loops and tightly coiled drum fills. Coming in between 80-157bpm, you’ll find this collection works synergistically with afrobeat, funk, electro, hip hop, breakbeats, house and many other genres.
The sample pack costs £12.95 GBP.
