Press Play has released an update to the Wave Observer Pro oscilloscope and monitoring plugin for time-domain audio analysis.
Version 1.3.0 features a “zen mode” which expands the oscilloscope view and hides the controls on the bottom. This saves screen space and allows you to concentrate on the observation and analysis of waves.
Additionally, “Freeze” is now labeled “Pause / Play”, and the switch shows the corresponding icons, and the speed of fading animations has been increased.
Other features under active development include a threshold indicator, side chain input, keyboard shortcuts and advanced metering. These will be made available as part of the subsequent updates.
Wave Observer Pro for Windows and Mac (VST/VST3/AU) is exclusively available via the Press Play Patreon Page, starting from 5 EUR/$6.50 USD per month (+VAT).
