PSP Audioware has announced an update to its VintageWarmer compressor/limiter effect plugin for Windows and Mac.
Version 2.8.1 includes new features and bug fixes.
PSP VintageWarmer2 is a high-quality digital simulation of an analog-style, a single- or multi-band compressor/limiter. It combines rich, warm analog processing with a straightforward user interface, and comes with a comprehensive library of presets. The plug-in processor is highly flexible and can be used for both softknee compression and brick-wall limiting. This makes it an essential tool for mixing and mastering engineers.
Changes in VintageWarmer v2.8.1
- Improved Meters’ animation framerate.
- Added Mix, Auto, Long, Brickwall and FAT parameters to unused encoders in Eucon, D-Control, ICON and other DAW controllers (user’s request).
- AAX returned wrong delay compensation after “Make Active” Pro Tools’ action – fixed.
- various minor bugs fixed.
