On July 29th, 2024 (US), Serato will be unveiling a powerful new suite of high-quality, custom-built FX upgrades for Serato DJ Pro 3.2.0 and Serato DJ Lite 3.2.0, which aim to transform the DJ experience.
The update will increase versatility and creativity by offering expanded parameters, enhanced control, and seamless integration, alongside optimized performance with native Apple Silicon support.
Users can join a public beta of Serato DJ 3.2.0 to be the first to try the all-new, custom-built FX. Participants can look forward to:
- Experience a powerful full suite of new FX: Tap into a new suite of FX, designed by Serato’s product and development teams. Explore the high-quality FX you know and love—now significantly upgraded.
- Create your signature sound with custom FX: For the first time in Serato DJ, take full control over your FX with the ability to create, save, and manage an unlimited amount of your own presets, tailored exactly to your style (Suite / Expansion and existing FX license owners only).
- Easily navigate with an enhanced look and new view modes: Experience a redesigned FX panel across new view modes, designed to enhance your control and flexibility.
- Channel FX: For controllers and mixers without built-in hardware FX, DJ’s can access new Channel FX that can be assigned to the filter knob. This is also available for usage with Serato Play.
- Favorite FX Banks: Now save up to 4 Favorite FX Banks, customized to your liking.
- Native Apple Silicon support: Enjoy seamless integration and optimized performance with native Apple Silicon support for Apple M1, M2 and M3 computers.
DJs will also now have access to new and improved FX, including Infinity Tone, Spiral Echo, Stretch, Vast Reverb, Infinity Flanger, and the return of Rollout – a re-up on the Scratch Live classic.
