Splice has added a new sample pack to its Splice Sounds imprint. LejKeys Flow-State Vol. 1 delivers a mix of sounds from LejKeys’ studio, including melodic piano loops, industrial percussion sounds, and a wide variety of keys and synths.
Julian Le, known as LEJKEYS, is a Grammy-nominated and Platinum music producer based in the San Francisco Bay Area with production credits for Jhené Aiko (he was the composer on her 3x Grammy-nominated album, Chilombo), Anderson .Paak, and tobi lou. He’s also done live performance/show programming work for those artists, as well as Khalid, Usher, John Mayer, and many more.
He has a background in jazz piano performance and composition. He was trained in classical piano by his parents Chan Le and Minh Ngo at an early age. When he is not away for work, he spends most of his time making music teaching at his family business, Pacific Music Associations.
Other new sample packs available at Splice include Study Sessions: Lofi Hip Hop from Arthouse Acoustics, Origin Sound’s Trap Soul Vibes, Love Vox Vol. 2 from RARE Percussion, the Splice Originals series Smoke Rings: Lofi Hip Hop, and Old Skool Garage from Sample Magic.
The sample packs and all individual sounds are available to Splice subscribers. New users can try Splice Sounds with a free 14-day trial.
