John Dahlbäck: Refined Tools Sample Pack — John Dahlbäck is a Swedish house music producer and DJ. He has released five albums and uses a variety of stage names. He has also collaborated with his cousin Jesper Dahlbäck in duo musical projects under the name Hugg & Pepp and Pepp & Kaliber.

With a family background boasting more music than the Von Trapps it’s no surprise he was instantly hooked. His mum sings in a jazz band, his dad drummed in a prog rock band, and various aunts and uncles played piano, guitar, and more. Naturally, he was hardly stuck for inspiration or opinions to help him get started.

Learning the basics on his dad’s Atari computer he soon established his own style, and his second demo, a jazz-influenced, deep house number called Night Flash earned him a record deal with Route 33.

Today, he owns and runs two labels, Pickadoll Records and Mutants Records. Between the two, he has signed artists like Sébastien Léger, Dada Life, Lunde Bros, and Albin Myers.

GOLDHOUSE Sound Pack — If you’re looking for sounds to craft groovy, danceable, feel-good electronic pop, this pack is for you.

Grant Harris aka GOLDHOUSE is a Chicago-based DJ, producer, singer, and songwriter. He started writing music in his dorm during high school and realized his desire to pursue a musical career after receiving positive responses from his online community. He gained recognition for remixing songs like Sam Smith’s “Stay with Me,” Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams,” Katy Perry’s “Dark Horse,” and Lady Gaga’s “Applause.”

For this pack, GOLDHOUSE teamed up with Nashville-based singer-songwriter John-Luke Carter—known as Mokita—who lent his vocals. Known for his lyrical and buoyant electronic-based pop, Carter was classically trained in piano in his youth and first started performing in his church. Later, he taught himself to play guitar and eventually transitioned into electronic music production.

In 2015, he began releasing tracks online including “Monopoly” and “Dreamer,” featuring Kaptan. In 2017, he returned with the singles “Heaven” and “Goodbye,” the latter of which featured Maty Noyes. 2018 brought a collaboration with Chuck Adams and Goldhouse called “Take Me as I Am,” “All Into Nothing” with R3hab, and the solo singles “Love Alone,” “With You,” and “London.”

The Soulkillers Sample Pack — The Soulkillers are a music composition and production duo composed of Camil Kanouni ”CK” and Amine Sekkat ”Sagat.” They live and work between Canada, France, and Morocco and mainly compose and produce for other artists, as well as TV series and films.

Since 2018, the electro-pop duo achieved a breakthrough with several successful collaborations. Their music features great energy, amazing thematics, and a positive strong upbeat rhythm.

For their first Splice pack, they focused on crafting pop-atmospheric guitar riffs, exclusive tonals (bass, synths, pianos, pads), modern rhythmic drums and percussion, and unique vocals.

The sample packs and all individual sounds are now available to Splice Sounds subscribers.

New users can get 1 month free access to the Sounds 100 plan by signing up with promo code REKKERD20.
