STL Tones has introduced an all-new preset pack for its ToneHub guitar and bass plugin. The Mars SB76 is based on a modded 1976 Marshall JMP Super Bass MKII 2-channel 100 Watt amp head.

Developing an almost cult-like following, the Mars SB76 is perfect for classic plexi-style warmer rock tones and shines when boosted with an overdrive.

This expansion pack has 36 presets, containing 3 different cabinets and microphone pairings with 4 overdrive pedal options.

Also released recently is an expansion by a founding member of the progressive metal band Monuments. John Browne has become a mainstay in the guitar community harnessing the energy, precision, and sheer velocity that is demanded of the modern metal musician.

John Browne has engineered this ToneHub expansion pack to have all his go-to sounds from the studio, perfectly crafted in one place. Using 15 different amplifiers and various pedal combinations, the variety and range of tones needed for the modern progressive are all represented in this expansion pack.

This expansion pack has 231 presets.

The Mars SB76 and John Browne expansion packs are available as part of an All Access subscription, or outright for $29.99 USD and $49.99 USD, respectively.

Additionally, the latest update to the AmpHub guitar amp simulation software adds new tones from 3 classic overdrive pedals.
