ToneBoosters has released an updated installer for its audio plugins.
The Flowtones virtual analog synthesizer was updated to version 1.2.0, which includes various UI, efficiency and stability improvements.
Many new multi-pulse waveform types in VCOs were added and with the addition on new factory patches the synth now comes with a total of nearly 500 patches. Flowtone’s preset browser is now draggable and resizable, and MIDI recording is now possible using on-screen keyboard.
Headphone simulation plugin Morphit was updated with new headphones profiles. Version 1.6.3 includes profiles for AudioTechnica ATH ADX5000; Hifiman Susvara, Jade II, HE4xx, HE5xx, HE1000 v2, Edition XX, HE6se; Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro analytic and balanced pads; Bose Quietcomfort QC45; Verum 1; Focal Elex; Etymotic ER4SR; Audeze LCD-X (2021); Neumann NDH20; and Fostex TH909.
Lastly, the Sibalance de-esser was updated with efficiency and stability improvements in version 1.0.1.
Version 1.6.0 installers are available to download for Windows and Mac. A portable pack for Windows contains free legacy v3 plugins, and the BusTools and TrackEssentials v3 installers for both Windows and Mac are now also free to download from the ToneBoosters support page.
The TrackEssentials and BusTools (v3) plug-ins are enjoying their well-deserved retirement after being in service for over a decade and are now made available as freeware. Use the links below to install these legacy plugins. Please note that these plugins come as VST (and AU) formats only.
