Tonehammer has announced the launch of Microhammer, a new website that focuses on ultra-low priced, unique and eccentric sample products.
Microhammer was spawned by the developers of Tonehammer, but if focused on ultra-affordable, highly unique and smaller type of sample libraries. The concept of Microhammer is somehow different from traditional sample development, since we really want to use this as an opportunity to cover completely new and exotic materials. We proudly launch with six titles – some of them more conventional and some of them so weird its even hard to put words to them.
We will be releasing all the current collections later today (January 13th 2010) at approx. 9PM PST.
The Microhammer release schedule follows a very simple strategy. Every month – around the 15th – we will release a variety of new products, so there will be huge monthly updates to the site. All launches will come as individual products and as unique bundle offer for the month.
The current collection includes Iron Throne, Water Percussion Vol. 1, Epic Room Percussion, Kazoo Solo/Ensemble, Gnomehammer, and Music Boxes. These products will be available to purchase at $19 each, except for Iron Throne which is $39 USD. A “January 2010 Bundle” which includes all releases of January will also be available for $89 USD.
