Triple Spiral Audio has announced the upcoming Nordic soundset for Spectrasonics Omnisphere 2.
The sound library has an ambient character and the full release will contain 128 presets and 25 multis.
The soundset has found its inspiration in the beautiful nature and landscapes from Scandinavia. Originally this soundset had the worktitle Hardangervidda, named after a beautiful region in Norway. In this soundset you will find a lot of nature recordings and sounds that I have recorded during my travels in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
Nordic will contain the following kind of presets: Bells and Vibes, Bowed Colors, Ethnic World, Pads, Textures Playable and Textures Soundscapes.
In the presets there is an extensive use of the modwheel, aftertouch, pitchweel and CC2 to enhance the sounds.
You can already download a free taster pack with 10 presets and 24 sound sources. The full release is scheduled for the third week of August 2019.
