Sean Divine has announced the release of Urban Dreamscapes, a soundset featuring 90 synth presets for the Serum synthesizer by Xfer Records.
Xfer Record’s Serum has quickly developed a reputation as one of the best sounding software synthesizers available today. While Serum has a great selection of presets available in the factory library, they primarily demonstrate it’s strengths in the Dubstep and EDM genres. Urban Dreamscapes was created to highlight Serum’s incredible capabilities in new and inspirational ways with a wide ranging sound pallet.
Included in this preset collection, you’ll find atmospheric arpeggios, creamy synth leads, wide basses, emotive keys, heavy “808” style patches using Serum’s noise oscillator, inspirational beat sequences triggered with the press of a single key and much more. The presets in Urban Dreamscapes were scrupulously crafted for this collection. Many presets utilize custom wavetables based on hardware synthesizers such as the Virus Indigo. All sounds are production ready, utilizing Serum’s world-class effects, modulation and performance settings.
