Tone2 updates FilterBank3 to v3.1

Tone2 has updated the complete VST synthesizer and a flexible multi-effect unit FilterBank3 to version 3.1.
New in v3.1
- MAC version available (Universal Binary, VST and AU)
- 114 additional presets (Thanks to Bastiaan van Noord)
- Exact value of cutoff is displayed in Hz now
- Username is displayed on startup
- Pitch wheel support in synth version
- A number of improvements and bug fixes
