Mercuriall Audio has announced the release of an update to its amp modeling software for Windows and Mac. Version 1.5.1 of Ampbox comes with a new free flanger effect based on the BF-2 compact pedal with classic BOSS flanging sounds.
Flanger MF-2 is inspired by the legendary Boss BF-2. The MF-2 retains all the magic of analog circuitry to create an authentic sound.
The update also includes bug fixes in distortion pedal simulations.
Ampbox is available in VST/VST3, AU and AAX plugin formats and as standalone software. Customers can save up to 50% on plugins during the Cyber Week sale, which expires December 1st, 2024.
