Arto Vaarala has released version 1.0.3 of the Kirnu Cream MIDI performer plug-in for Windows and Mac.

Kirnu Cream is a very powerful MIDI performer VST/AU plugin for Windows and Mac. It works on both 32 and 64 bit systems.

Cream is intended to be used in both live and offline DAW usage.

Changes in Kirnu Cream v1.0.3

  • Improved behavior when host transport is in loop mode.
  • Improved odd notes behavior.
  • Fixed: Inconsistent PLAY ORDER for adjacent notes.
  • Fixed: 1.0.2 broke something in arp timing.

Kirnu Cream for Windows and Mac (VST/AU) costs 35 EUR.

v1.0.4 has some fixes:
– Fixed: Cream plays only in loop mode
– Fixed: Notes were drawn even if they were muted


v1.0.5 has some more fixes:
– Fixed: First note did not always play on Cubase
– Fixed: Cubase looping problem
– Fixed: MIDI learn popup menu not visible on Cubase Mac OSX


v1.0.6 with some more fixes:
– Fixed bug where Cream did not play when transport loop was enabled and
cursor was after the loop end point
– Fixed bug where playback stopped if RAND was used


v1.0.7 has some more fixes:
– Fixed: Control locking did not work properly i.e values were changed when
presets were changed.
– Fixed: Swing knob bug which caused some instability in some hosts when
swing was used.
– Fixed: Pattern data steps were not copied/pasted properly.
