Boxed Ear has announced the release of its latest soundset TQS: Blue Lines, a collection of 100 futuristic new electronic sounds for the OB-6 synthesizer by Dave Smith Instruments.
The OB6 is a collaboration between Tom Oberheim and Dave Smith. The creamy Oberheim filters have a sound all of their own and are often said to evoke the sound of the 80s. This sound bank takes that classic Oberheim sound beyond the 80s and into the future!
Expect all manner of electric wizardry from deep luscious pads, twisted organic bass sounds, liquid leads and poly patches that you could get lost in for days.
