The guys over at Cinematique Instruments have announced their top 3 favorite entries of the Contest Cinematique, the music production competition in which the goal was to make a track that sounds like Cinematique Instruments.
This was the first time I used this type of (perhaps slightly vague) theme and I am not sure everyone fully understood the idea, but I think there were lots of great entries nonetheless. I am pleased I did not have to do the hard work of picking the winners.
So here goes!
Third place is for Herfinnur Arnafjall’s “First Snow”. Maurice Camplair comes in second with his tune “Tragical Charm”. And finally, “This Godforsaken Place” by Alex Cuervo is good for first place, winning no less than 7 Cinematique Instruments libraries.
Many congratulations to the winners, and a big thanks to all contestants and Cinematique Instruments for sponsoring the contest and selecting the winners.
Make sure to visit them at Cinematique Instruments and check out their libraries.
Congratulations to the winners and greetings to all contestants!
Congrats to the winners.
Congratulations to the winners! Well deserved!
And let me just say that Alex and Maurice’s entries are both magnificent. very affecting and well written
YIPPIE!!! VERY happy about this :D
I had hoped to get some constructive comments from the guys over a Cinematique, though. That is the main reason that I entered this contest. Will they comment on the tracks later on?
Alex rules!!
