Past To Future has released some new sample libraries.
Bert’s Knackbass is a Kontakt instrument library inspired by Swing legend Bert Kaempfert, who has composed for Frank Sinatra as well as Elvis Presley and the Beatles.
By the time he died, 150 million records with his melodies had been sold worldwide.
The dominant bass, also known as KNACKBASS in technical jargon, was characteristic of Kaempfert’s SWING sound. The idea behind this was to have a bass sound that you could able to hear through small radio speakers.
Also available is the Duff Punk’d Guitar, which features the sounds of muted guitar tones with that special Daft Punk fx on it.
Sad but true, but unfortunately this year (one of our heroes) Daft Punk announced their split. Not only the deep groove of their drums but also the funky guitar stabs elements that made the dance leg shake were definite for the sound of this legendary band. That is why we tried to dare to make the the DUFF PUNK’D GUITAR.
Other new sample libraries include the Giant Acoustic Round-Back Fretless Bass, Mellow Tone Acoustic Guitar, and 100 Rare Vinyl Snare Samples for Kontakt & Wav.
Prices start from $10 USD at the Past To Reverb store.
