Semerika Plug-Ins has released Auto-Filter v2 and Stereo Jackie Evo as freeware.
Auto-Filter v2 is a wah-effect with a multi-filter. Stereo Jackie is a stereo delay plug-in capable of flanging, phasing and chorus like effects.
Both plug-ins are available as VST effect plug-ins for Windows PC.
