SRDrums for Kontakt is a companion to the previously released Drums for TAL Sampler.
It was my attempt to make a drum instrument that was free from bloat, and sounded like real drums in a normal room… then I looked at these half-working tape machines I have sitting here.
The library contains 561 samples and 5 kits, including dry, cassette, reel to reel, lofi, and an expanded version of the WMO kit from Drums for TAL Sampler. Each kit consists of 4 round robins per drum/cymbal, and in some cases, multiple keys (2 kicks, snares etc) which increases the round robins to 8.
