Blortblort has announced the release of Moonshoes, a collection of over 90 presets for the Operator synthesizer instrument in Ableton Live.
Similar to the Orange collection, Moonshoes features mostly rhythmic/looping presets.
moonshoes is created for Ableton’s Operator synth… and unlike Ableton’s Analog, the looping envelopes in Operator CAN be sync’d to song tempo! This is a huge benefit when programming for Operator vs Analog.
When using presets from moonshoes, you can set your song tempo to anything and you will be sync’d! moonshoes tries to capture that feeling that while much around us may seem commonplace, there is uniqueness to everything and every moment.
These sounds were created to enhance each other when used in layers or combinations, but they work very nicely by themselves as well. I have provided only a few “rack instruments” that showcase this…mostly this will be up to you as the user to build racks from these Operator presets.
